
I’m a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer. I’ve been doing this work for about 9 years.
My approach is adaptive. Before a session, I take the time to understand not just what hurts, but how you move, train, work and live. During a session, I stay responsive to what your body is doing. There’s no fixed sequence I run through, each massage is uniquely yours.
My hands-on style tends to be firm and intentional. Every technique used is there for a reason.
For clients who need more than bodywork: movement coaching, corrective exercise, or a structured training plan is available too.
Goal-driven sessions for pain, injury recovery, and training demands. 60, 75, 90, and 120 minute sessions options. Each session is built around what you bring that day.
Corrective exercise and strength training, structured around the ACE Integrated Fitness Training model. Good for clients returning from injury, managing pain, or wanting to train with more intention.
